2. General information on data processing

I process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and my content and services. Depending on the purpose, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This privacy policy applies to the Narelia landing page. This website does not record conversations or transmit them to an AI provider. The interactive conversation examples use prepared content. Processing conversation data in a separate coaching application is outside the scope of this website.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by GoDaddy. When you visit the website, the server automatically collects technical access data in server log files, including your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser used. This data is collected solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and is deleted within 30 days. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form and email

The contact form prepares an email draft directly in your browser using the details you enter: your name, optional organisation and message. This website does not store the form data or submit it to a form service. Opening the prepared link passes the draft to your email app. You decide whether to send the message, using your email provider.

If you contact me by email, I process your details, including your email address, to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into one; for other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Your data is not passed on to additional third parties and is deleted after the enquiry or customer relationship ends, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Fonts

This website uses Inter, which is stored locally on the web server, and the Georgia or Times New Roman system fonts available on your device. Loading the fonts does not connect to external font servers or transmit data to third parties.

6. Cookies

This website does not itself set cookies. No cookies are used for tracking or analytics.

7. Analytics and tracking tools

This website does not use analytics or tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
